Cancellation Policy

At maga-lu, we process orders quickly to ensure your sofa arrives as swiftly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation terms and guidelines below.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund (100%) at any time before your sofa has been dispatched from our warehouse facility.

  • Handling Time: Our standard order handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, cutoff at 5:00 PM BRT). Because orders enter processing quickly, we strongly recommend requesting a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately through either of the following channels:

  • Email: Send an email to support@maga-lu.shop with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]”.

  • Phone: Call us directly at +55 (68) 9999-9734 during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Please provide your full name, order number, and phone number so we can identify and halt your order prior to dispatch.

3. Cancellations After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse or handed over to the freight carrier (within 3 to 5 business days transit window), the order cannot be canceled while in transit.

If your order has already shipped:

  1. Please allow the shipment to be delivered, or refuse delivery upon arrival if you no longer wish to keep the item.

  2. The order will be processed under our standard Return & Refund Policy.

  3. You will have 30 business days from the delivery date to return the item. Please note that for non-defective change-of-mind returns after dispatch, the customer is responsible for return freight shipping costs.

4. Cancellation Fees

  • No Fee Prior to Shipment: There are no cancellation fees or penalty charges for canceling an order before it has dispatched. You will receive a 100% full refund of the amount paid.

5. Refund Method and Processing Time

Upon confirmation and approval of your cancellation request:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method (Pix, credit card, or bank transfer).

  • Processing Time: The refund will be transferred to your account within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

6. Order Cancellations by maga-lu

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable.

  • Payment authorization cannot be completed or is flagged as fraudulent.

  • There was an inadvertent error in pricing or product specifications on the website.

If maga-lu cancels your order, you will be notified immediately via email and issued a full refund within 7 business days.
